  In the fall of 2014 I was trying to sell my manufactured home by myself. I was having little luck finding a qualified buyer through websites and a for sale sign in the window. After trying for about a month I received a phone called from Duane, an agent from ReMax. I appreciated his eager approach to get my home on the market. I looked into his credibility and agreed to the partnership a couple days later. Duane was honest the whole time about what could/should be improved on the property to make it more appealing. He was knowledgeable and friendly and fair to make this sell work for me. There were some times where the property appeared to be losing interest and my initial reaction was to lower the price hastily just to get it off my hands. Duane reassured me that it was a good price so to hold steady. He suggested that I make some minor repairs to keep it on the market. We eventually did go down a little but not as much as I would have without his help. The best part of this transaction was that I was not alone through this stressful process. When I called Duane if he couldn't answer my call right away, he would get back to me when he could. Overall I would give Duane a good review. He was very nice, and he helped me do what was best for me. I would recommend Duane to people I know looking for an agent.
